The staff, Tenisha and Stacy, were welcoming, pleasant, and knowledgeable about the area-they were able to give us alternative directions in order to avoid the construction.

The check-in was easy and pain-free. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast the next day, the girl who was working was very nice and efficient. The check-out staff were great, answered my questions.

The hotel was in a location that had plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. They had bags of ice available, so you did not have to use the ice machine.

It was very clean. The staff was great and the overall vibe was good. It was not far from downtown Detroit.

Everything room was clean had a bit of problem with the card reader so they put me in another room right away plus the bar served good food and it is next to a mall which is a bonus for me

We love this property! Always amazing service. Really appreciated housekeeping and the front desk willingness to accommodate us for a room change.

Location was perfect for my reason to be in Livonia. Everything we were in need of was convenient to the property. Restaurant was a tiny bit high in price but the food and the service was very good.
